Can I send the product back for exchange or refund?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns on products. Once research material has left our shipping facility, we cannot reuse it or resell it.
How soon will my product ship after placing an order?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours typically. Shipping from Texas, two day service to domestic United States, approximately one week service to Canada, Australia and European customers.
Do you send shipping notification?
You will receive an email with shipment information from shipping@gm2labs.com for most orders. Australia service should receive email from Fedex.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
We ship directly to Great Britain often. Primary markets served are USA, AUS, CAN, UK

I am purchasing and submitted my order but it kept saying my details didnt match so i re-entered them twice, and have just seen that i have been billed 3 times for the order i just wanted one order, please can i get a refund for the other 2 as it kept saying there was a problem and i didnt recieve a recipt number or any details?!
For the order to process online, customer billing address info needs to be correct. We are happy to ship to other addresses other than the billing address (we may require sig). When there is no invoice from us, there is no order and we have nothing to refund. Debit cards will authorize the submitted transaction which is then declined if the billing address contains errors.
Australian customs said it will pass but need an ingredients list, where would i find something like that?
