Can I send the product back for a refund in the event I change my mind?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns on products or accessories. Once research material has left our shipping facility, we cannot reuse it or resell it.
Hello, I live in Estonia, do you send package with product signs and certificate. This is very important to Estonian customs, because if there no product name on vial and product certificate with it they do not deliver it to me and send it back to you. I would really like to made an order but I´m not sure that I will receive it, because of Estonian customs. Estonian customs may think it is a drug when there is no signs.
Estonia isn't a country we currently ship to but rest assured all our vials are accurately labeled.
How soon will my product ship after placing an order?
We usually ship within 24 hours after receiving your order for domestic shipping. International orders may take up to, but not more than 48 business hours to ship from our facility.
Do you have signs on your vials and papers with certificates with order as our country allows melanotan to be shipped if only they are signed and with papers.

Have you had any problems shipping to Canada? Also, what is the country of origin from which the Melanotan II will be shiped?
We've had 100% success in shipping Melanotan II to the countries we ship to. All orders are sent out of Los Angles, California, USA.
Can you ship to Mexico? I purchased from another supplier (no longer operational) a few months ago and it didn't get through Mexican customs. I was just wondering if you could state something on the documentation that would stop it from being rejected?
At this time, we don't ship to Mexico.

You will receive an email with tracking information within 24-48 business hours.
Do you ship to the UK or do you have a sister company in the UK?
We ship directly to the UK from the US.
I submitted an order for 5x10mg vials but my order confirmation displays 4 vials, why?
When we run out of stock, our live inventory system won't let you purchase more than is actually on hand. Thus if we only have 4 vials of Melanotan II and you select quantity of 5, you'll only see 4 in your cart for checkout.
What if the product does not get through the Canadian border, will I get a refund or another shipment sent?
We've had 100% success rates shipping to Canada. We offer a 100% refund should your shipment get returned or denied at customs though this rarely happens.

I want to purchase some GHRP-6 and Melanotan II, for shipping to Canada. I see you haven't had any trouble shipping Melanotan II to Canadian residents living in Canada... but what about GHRP-6? Any trouble?

I can see that your company is located in the US can you still ship to Denmark?
As of May 1st, 2010 we ship from multiple countries to lessen the shipping time for our Australian customers. We can further evaluate a location within the EU's borders. At the moment we suggest using a freight forwarding company.
Do you have a base in Austraila?
