We can be asked general product questions but legally we're not allowed to advise on dosage, mixing, or product usage. Melanotan is still in clinical trials and no government regulatory body has approved it as safe for cosmetic use.

How soon will my product ship after placing an order?
We usually ship within 24 hours after receiving your order for domestic shipping. International orders may take up to, but not more than 48 business hours to ship from our facility.
How soon can I expect a response from your customer service department after I submit an inquiry?
Please expect a response within one business day.
How can I be assured that your product is genuine melanotan?
Our business has been reliant on customer satisfaction since day one and we regularly have independent labs test our products for purity.
Do you guys offer a price match if I find the product cheaper?
No, unfortunately, we cannot offer a 'price-match' due to the fact that our products are the best in the industry.
